Biography
In my younger years, when asked the question, “What do you want to do when you grow up?”, my answer was always the same: “I want to be a lawyer!”.
In 2001 my career as a criminal defence lawyer commenced, when I was hired as an associate at Pinkofsky Lockyer, which at that point was the largest criminal defence firm in Canada. I immediately knew I found my passion. Since that time I have specialized in representing individuals facing criminal allegations.
My focus, and what I believe has been the key to my success, is to treat each person that walked through my door as an individual, someone who is presumed innocent, who deserves unparalleled legal representation.
I am especially pleased to say that I have represented clients from all walks of life, from various parts of the globe, all with their own stories. I have acted for young people, students, professionals, teachers, small business owners, to name a few.
Clients that face criminal allegations for the very first time and are unfamiliar with the justice system.
While my office is in Toronto, I conduct trials, appeals and bail hearings throughout Southern Ontario, including: Oshawa, Brampton, Newmarket, Orangeville, Barrie, Burlington, Milton, Kitchener, Peterborough, Thunder Bay, and Cobourg.
